Preschool Admissions
A New Student Application Must Be Submitted
- Students entering Pre-K3 must be 3-years old by September 1st and potty trained
- Students entering Pre-K4 must be 4-years old by September 1st and potty trained
- Students must have a copy of their birth certificate on file
- Current Physical
- Immunization Record or Religious Exempt Form
- Application Fee: $100
- Curriculum Fee: $150 (once an admissions decision has been made and the online enrollment packet is submitted)
Elementary Admissions (K-5th Grade)
A New Student Application Must Be Submitted
- Students entering Kindergarten must be 5 years old by September 1st
- Kindergarten readiness test
- Admissions testing for grades 1-5
- Student Records for grades 1-5
- All new students (K-5th) must submit a birth certificate, current physical examination, dental examination, immunization record or religious exempt form
- Students entering Kindergarten must show proof of an eye examination
- Application Fee: $100
- Curriculum Fee: $300 (once an admissions decision has been made and the online enrollment packet is submitted)
Middle School/High School Admissions
A New Student Application Must Be Submitted
- Admissions testing for grades 6-12
- Student Records for grades 6-12
- Official Transcripts (9th-12th)
- All new students (6th-12th) must submit a birth certificate, current physical examination, dental examination, immunization record or religious exempt form
- Application Fee: $100
- Curriculum Fee: $300 (once an admissions decision has been made and the online enrollment packet is submitted)
